Conrad is a seasoned operator with a deep respect for small business. He holds a bachelor’s from Princeton and an MBA from Stanford, and has held successful executive operating roles in hospitality, logistics and agriculture. He is based in Denver, Colorado.

His approach is quantitative and pragmatic. Data should inform decisions when possible, but good sense should always prevail. In business, there are few “right” answers, though the textbook solutions are often better suited to companies with access to resources that small businesses cannot draw on. Good judgment requires solid analysis, deeply informed by the business owner’s knowledge.

Conrad works with a maximum of two primary clients at a time to ensure that he can maintain an intensive pace of work on all projects. Once a scope of work is established, his fees are structured as a monthly retainer with well-defined targets and timelines.
